Order processing and Shipping times

All orders typically ship in between 1-2 business days. Delays due to public holidays or some unforeseen circumstances are possible. Rest assured we try our best to get your order to you ASAP. If you are experience any issues with your order pls get in touch with us and we will do our best to sort you out.

Delivery times:

Within the UAE city limits (Cut-off 7PM) 1-2 business days, you can expect some extra days in remote areas.

Within Dubai city limits (Cut-off 4PM) delivery same day before 9PM

No deliveries Sundays or National Holidays

Shipping to Qatar, Oman, KSA, Bahrain,  2-4 business days.

 

*Please note for some countries outside UAE, require you to provide us with your National ID number and expiry date to ensure smooth customs clearance and prompt delivery of your order.

*Please note that customers outside UAE are responsible for payment of any customs duties or fees required by their country's laws upon delivery.

**No returns outside UAE

 

Delivery charges will be calculated during checkout and are based on your location.

Orders below 200 AED will have a shipping fee of 20 AED within UAE.

Orders to Qatar, Oman, KSA, Bahrain (outside UAE) shipping fee is:
