Refund policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Had a change of heart? No problem! Please email us (with your Order #) at xlasharabia@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to collect the item and process your return or exchange. Please note the following criteria must be met to qualify for a return:
  • Product must be in its original purchase condition: packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any manner.
  • Product purchased as part of a set or a kit must be returned as a whole set.
  • Unfortunately, items received on sale are not eligible for refunds
  • No returns outside UAE
 
*Please note if return is due to a mistake in the order placed by the customer or simply a change in mind, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the order amount.

 

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
