What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your order with our secured online payment system accepting all major credit cards. We are unable to accept cash on delivery (COD).
Why is my promo code not working?
Only one discount or promo code can be used per order and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. If no discount codes are working at the cart please email us at: xlasharabia@gmail.com
Where do you ship?
We currently shipping in UAE and within GCC
What is the shipping cost?
All UAE orders over AED 200 will be eligible for free shipping.
Orders below 200 AED will have a shipping fee of 20 AED within UAE.
Orders to Qatar, Oman, KSA and Bahrain (outside UAE) shipping fee is 50 AED (up to 1 kg), 60 AED (up to 1.5 kg) and 65 AED (up to 2 kg)
When will I receive my order?
All orders are typically delivered between 1-2 business days within UAE.
Within Dubai city limits (Cut-off 2PM) delivery same day before 9PM
Outside UAE delivery time is estimated around 5 business days
Can I return or exchange my order?
You had a change of heart?
No problem! Please email us (with your Order #) at xlasharabia@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to collect the item and process your return or exchange. Please note the following criteria must be met to qualify for a return:
- Product must be in its original purchase condition: packaging must be
unopened, unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any manner.
- Product purchased as part of a set or a kit must be returned as a whole set
- Unfortunately, items received on sale are not eligible for refunds.
Unfortunately, no returns outside UAE
What is your refund policy?
Once we have received your return, providing the items are in a resalable condition, your refund will be processed. We will confirm your refund by email, and the funds will be returned back to your original payment method. Please not that it can take your card provider up to 5 business days for the funds to show on your account. We regret we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error
What do I do if I have received the wrong product?
If we’ve mistakenly sent you something other than what you ordered, please contact our customer service team xlasharabia@gmail.com with relevant information, photos and order number and we will help you!
